Figures that almost as soon as I finally finish the new site design, I decided to change classes of ship... er, sort of. At any rate, the USS Peacekeeper is in the process of becoming Starbase 386.
The Site design will stay... but now I need to adapt it for the base. We may be at this site a bit longer, because I'll also be instituting a fresh copy of TRSM with a couple of features not included on this version (this site runs the last version before the final release and bug fixes). |
If you couldn't tell (assuming you've been here before) the website design has been updated. There are still a few bugs I'm working on (for one, the Alter Bio form isn't working right), but the site scheme is finalized... Once I fix the few bugs I'll start working on optimizing the design for different monitor resolutions.
PLEASE NOTE: the Tour, Chat, Links, Credits, and Sister Sims pages are not yet in place on this version of the site. Depending on how long it takes me to deal with the bug fixes I may or may not update them to match this scheme. |
| I am currently working on a new scheme for the website. The Join form isn't yet fixed, so you'll still want to use the link in the previous news item for now. Hopefully by the time the new design is launched we'll have the join form issues all ironed out. |
| Unfortunately, the join form is currently acting up. It appears to be an issue with the latest FireFox and IE browsers and the Sample Post and How Found code segments. I hope to have this debugged within the next week. In the mean time, any interested applicants should apply via this link: Click Me |
| As the regular visitors to the site will notice, the name at the top of the page and the graphics have all finally been updated to reflect the new name of the ship. I will be working over the next few weeks to catch any other references in the site text that haven't been updated. |
| Wow... a year between news posts. Suffice to say that we are well into our current mission, a joint mission with the USS Malinche. |
| The USS Sentinel has concluded its overly-long trip to Sigma Iotia. We are now docked at Starbase 259 to prepare for our next mission. |
| The USS Sentinel has left Obsidian Fleet to become a founding member of Horizon Fleet. As part of this move, the ship is also changing names to USS Peacekeeper. This will be handled in character during our next mission. |
I decided to make some changes to the design of the bridge... the new image can be seen here.
As always, be warned of large file size. |
Our Chief Medical officer has recently made a wonderful montage video for the Sentinel. This video can either be accessed by clicking the ship's image on the splash page, or by going here.
Be warned, though, the file is very large. Enjoy. |
| Since I have stepped down from the position of Task Force CO of Obsidian Fleet's Task Force 47, I have also taken a step down in rank, to Captain. This will be dealt with in-character as soon as it is feasible. |
The Sentinel is getting a new bridge module and Deck 1 layout.
You can see it here: Click Me

| The Sentinel has completed her Joint Mission and is now headed back to Starbase 12 for some much-needed repairs, a bridge module swap, and to bring aboard some new crew. |
| Welcome aboard to all of our newer members. We have started our first mission, a Joint Mission with the USS Chin'toka, flagship of TF72, Obsidian Fleet. |
| Welcome to the Nice, shiny, new (Still under contruction) website of the Intrepid Class USS Sentinel. Feel free to look around, but note that any broken links in the menu are already known. Reports of broken links elsewhere would be appreciated, however. |
| The Sentinel has set off on her most recent mission, a joint mission with the USS Malinche. |
